In the commercial real estate sector, my practice is focused primarily on matters involving office and retail leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, development and finance. My representation of both landlords/tenants, buyers/sellers and lenders/borrowers gives me a unique perspective on both sides of most transactions, resulting in the ability to advise my clients on how best to achieve their desired results. That perspective, combined with my experience, results in a more efficient and cost-effective transaction.
In the residential real estate sector, I have represented local, regional and national homebuilders with respect to operational and general business matters. I have also developed a homebuilder M&A practice representing both sellers and buyers in transactions throughout the US, and I work closely with the top investment bankers in the US homebuilding sector.
